How far ahead do I need to order?
At least 3 days, so our decorators can do it right. For large orders (full sheets, multiple cakes), a little more notice helps.
How do picture cakes work?
Send us any clear photo and we print it in edible ink right on the cake, or choose a themed decorating kit — either is $10. Upload the photo with your order, or bring it into the store on a phone or USB drive. Please note: no free-hand drawing.
When is my order confirmed?
Your online form is a request — a real person from your store's bakery will call you to confirm details and final price. No call, no charge, no surprises.
Can you handle allergies?
Tell us in the allergy notes and we'll talk it through when we call. Our bakery handles wheat, eggs, milk, soy, and nuts, so we can't guarantee allergen-free cakes — but we'll always give you straight answers.
