Who we are

Charley Family Shop 'n Save operates three grocery stores in Greensburg and Murrysville, Pennsylvania, and the website charleyfamily.com. Questions about this policy? Use the contact form or call any of our stores.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site — a cake order, catering request, job application, donation request, contact message, or Email Club signup — we collect the information you type in: typically your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your request. Cake orders may include a photo you upload for a picture cake. We don't collect anything you don't give us.

How we use it

To do the thing you asked: bake your cake, quote your trays, call you back about a job, respond to your message, or send you the weekly ad by email. We may also use website analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Email Club

If you join the Email Club, we'll send you the weekly ad and occasional store news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works — no hard feelings.

Who handles your data

Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to our store teams. Online grocery shopping and delivery run on Shopnsavefood.com and Instacart, which have their own privacy policies. Embedded maps are provided by Google. We link to third-party sites (Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, community organizations) that are governed by their own policies.

Cookies & analytics

This site may use basic analytics (such as Google Analytics) to count visits and understand what's useful. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally. Your browser's do-not-track and cookie settings are respected to the extent the tools allow.

Your choices

Want to know what we have, correct it, or have it deleted? Ask — use the contact form or call your store, and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
