How much notice do you need?
24–48 hours for most trays; large orders and holiday weeks deserve a few days. In a pinch, call the store — we'll tell you straight what's possible.
Do you deliver?
Orders are picked up at your store, boxed and ready to serve. Ask when we call — for large local events we'll always try to work something out.
How does pricing work?
Trays are priced by size and contents, so we quote each order individually — that's why we call you back within one business day. No deposit until you've confirmed the price.
Can you handle dietary restrictions?
Tell us in the notes — gluten-free, vegetarian, and allergy-aware options are usually easy to build. Our kitchens handle wheat, eggs, milk, soy, and nuts, so we can't guarantee allergen-free preparation.
